Great B&B
Really comfortable B&B. We had a lovely comfortable room with sea view. The towels were amazing. More like you’d expect in a top hotel. Elaine and Steve were great hosts. You choose your breakfast and it’s made to order. One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had! We’ll definitely return.

Great place to stay while in Eastbourne
I stayed here for a few days while my family visited a few local sights and activities. The hosts were so lovely, really friendly and helpful.
The room was a small-family room, with a bathroom, it’s a small bathroom but it’s just what you need. The room was clean and had the amenities you’d need. Beds and pillows comfortable.
Breakfast was amazing! So delicious! When we came out the room in the morning you can smell the breakfast calling us!!
Parking was free on the street and everything (pier, town centre, fish and chips, sea front) was walking distance.

Garfield really did exceed our expectations!
On arrival we were greeted by Steve and Elaine who were both very welcoming and very informative.
Our room was bright, fresh and very clean. With the most amazing towels.
Facilities in the room were more than adequate with TV, tea, coffee and biscuits.
As it was my Birthday we were given a complimentary bottle of wine, which was so thoughtful.
Full English and Continental Breakfast is included in the very reasonable room price and was of superb quality.
With other guests staying we were never disturbed by noise.
Overall Elaine and Steve have got the whole B&B experience spot on!
Eastbourne is a lovely costal town and with little Gems like Garfield Guest House we certainly will be returning and also recommending to friends and family
